The outer ring has five eccentricity at  the position of (2, 4, 6, 8, 10), each of  which is a multiple of the number. 
For example: a card at number 8, the  eccentric distance is 16mm. 
 
The aligning center is a bit, and when the work is kept rot ating, the position of the head can be adjusted, and it is  difficult to prevent the steel ball from falling because of  holding the vibration part of the bottom and the outer ring. If the numbers are out of order, adjust the balance plate  and the numbers, adjust the width of each turn in the opp osite direction, two millimeters, and adjust again and again.
